Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your eyewear in its original hard case and box.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning and tracking purposes.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
